HOW TO ORDER

Ordering with Tillywiggs is easy!!

1. Please choose your selected items of treasured clothing, we appreciate this can be quite daunting and emotional choosing from sentimental garments, they will be created into beautiful bears for you to to love and cherish. Please take your time if you need any help please contact us.

More is always better to create any memory bear from adults clothing to children's garments  

2. Browse Tillywiggs Memory Bears for your chosen bear/design. If you are adding embroidery please check and re check personalisation required, check dates and spelling. Add to cart and order and pay. We accept debit cards, and Pay pal, bank transfer

3. Once your order and payment have been received we will send you our delivery address to send your chosen items to, we would recommend you send your cherished items via royal mail signed and tracked or similar. Tillywiggs Memory Bears will NOT be responsible for items going missing in the post.

4. Now the exiting bit - once we receive your cherished items we will commence production to create your beautiful memory bear in our Tillywiggs Memory Bear creative workshop, if you require any additional  extras or requirement please don't hesitate to ask.

5. Tillywiggs Memory Bears will inform you when your bear is completed and send pictures to you, your bear will be posted back to you in a Tillywiggs Memory Bear drawstring bag. It will be sent via Royal Mail signed and tracked postal service.
